Using System 1m sound card vs other sound cards

Hello,

Quick question.... are there any advantages to using the system 1m soundcard if you already have a soundcard that can handle 96khz audio?

Nope unless you're loosing something by going D-to-A-to-D which in testing I'm not. Really the worst thing that could happen is noise in analog cables. I'm using a iConnectAudio4+ at 96k/24bit.

Thanks, that is what i thought. From my A-B testing i also cant tell any difference when using my soundcard or my focusrite 6i.
