Loud noise when connecting FA, Interface & PC

Hi there.
I was wondering if anyone has the same problem.

Below is my connection:

FA08----(USB)----PC----(USB)----Focusrite 2i4----(LINE IN)----FA08

I think I might created a "loop" or something, and this loop caused a loud high pitch electric noise.

I didn't even have to plug my FA08 into PC via USB, only by touching the port with the USB head, the noice will come out. (I guess it's because of the electric flow)

However I need to use my DAW to control my FA-08, and record the audio at the same time.

Please tell me what should I do.

renew cables , usb and/or audio cables .
