Trigger sounds depending by velocity in Studio Mode

Hi there, sorry for my bad English.
I was wondering, when in studio mode, for example, I layered 2 tones in 1 studio set, all change to CH1.

So in this case when I play the keyboard normally, I get 2 tones layered at a same time.

However, 1 of the tone I want to trigger only when my velocity reaches >100.

Is there any possible to make this happen?

(I know in Korg synths it is easy to setup this in combi mode...)
