Yes. I have both synths and from what I understand they are using the same SN-S engine. A big difference with the Xi of course is that it has an analog part too (with simpler/fewer parameters than each of the digital parts).Skijumptoes wrote:Does the JD-XI have parts?
Sorry, was too quick there. I was thinking you asked about partials, and yes it has that, for the two digital *parts*. So I guess it has both :)brakjoller wrote:Yes. Refreshed:lipi wrote:Hi there!
You can download the public beta test version of my SN-S editor from my website: http://lipi.atw.hu
Known issues/ToDo list:
- although you change MFX type, the MFX parameters are zeroes in the FA and in the saved sysex file except the MFX type, Chorus and Reverb send parameters;
- when you load a preset tone from list, the editor’s parameters are not refreshing;
Please read the manual!
Please if you have any question, opinion react here (int that forum)!
Thanks!
Have a nice weekend!

I like the "Random" buttom, very atmospherique and crazy tones!
Is it possible to resize the editor window/panel?
Oups!JoniKatita wrote:Hello LiPI... thank you for your fantastic work!!!
Just noticed one thing:
On the tabs "LFO" and "Modulation LFO" you have the three partials as "Partial 1".
Keep up the good work.
