Making Screenshots possible ?

Post by bennyseven »

Hello there,
I found the following technique for making screenshots of the build in Display of the G70.
Making screenshots of the keyboard display
You might find it useful to make screenshots from your keyboard. This is actually possible.
You can make a screenshot and save it on external memory using a memory card.
You need to mount a memory card. Then press and hold [INTRO], [MAIN], [ENDING] and
[EXIT]. Now the keyboard will save a screenshot to the memory card. The screenshot file will
be saved in the root folder in .BMP format. The files will be saved using the following names:
PIC_001.BMP, PIC_002.BMP, PIC_003.BMP and so on.
Does anyone know if this is possible with the FA? Roland employees?
thx

Wow, I sincerely hope it is. In this way, I could map out the entirety of the FA's menu system. As I'm totally blind, it would be advantageous to have this in an easy-to-refer-to document whenever I need to do something.
If the image was clear enough, it would be simple to OCR it for later. I hope this is possible on the FA.
