Patch Editor/Librarian Software?

So, I'm planning on getting a Patch Editor/Librarian Software. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions?
The gear I'd use it with is a Korg Triton Rack, Roland Fantom XR, Yamaha Motif Rack ES, Novation X-Station and possibly a Oberheim Matrix 1000.
I use Cubase SX3 for sequencing. Is it possible to somehow use the patch editor/librarian in Cubase as a device panel or something?
I was looking at the MOTU Unisyn software, and it looks pretty good. Is there something similar? What concerns me about the MOTU Unisyn software, is it doesn't list the Yamaha Motif Rack ES, Novation X-Station, or the Roland Fantom XR in it's profile list. Does anyone know if it will work with those? I was hoping to get 1 editer that worked with everything. Is there such a thing?
Any suggestions?
