Hello guys.
I'm about to buy monitors from them.
Just wanted to check it out to be 100% sure its all safe.
Can I fully trust them? Has anyone here bought anything from them?
They are very nice and answer quickly. They are also quite "known". But you can never know so I'm just checking!
thx for the help!

Re: SweetWater
They are quite reputable. I've bought lots of stuff from them, and have returned some stuff too, never a problem. They have a return policy and restocking fee policy if the equipment is in the least used when you return it; you might read that over before you buy.
good luck,

Sweetwater
Sweetwater is located here in Indiana. I drove to their facility and picked up a Mackie SR24-4 mixer about 6 years ago. I had no issues.

Re: SweetWater
Got almost my whole studio from Sweetwater after the Guitar Center guy who several folks recommended blew me off when I went there (I called ahead so he knew I was coming and he knew I was looking to build a studio!) in order to take a frickin' phone call about some cheap accessories!!!!
Anyway, call Sweetwater and find salesperson you feel comfortable with and then stick with that person. The company is top notch. One thing I like is that they have their own studios, so the sales staff has likely heard or tried out most of the gear that's out there. And heavy hitters in the industry shop there, so the staff has big ears etc.
But, hey, they're in the sales business, so ask around on the internet forums and compare what you hear.
Good luck!
