I can't load the sounds in my JP-80..

I copied the folder to the root of a USB-stick, but when I go to SYSTEM and then IMPORT, the page is blank.

What am I missing here?..

1 - with USB key in the JP-80 do "export" registration you want (mark it before)
2 - remove USB key and put it to computer, open it and you can see at the root a folder named Roland.
3 - Open Roland folder in witch you can open Sound folder. You must see your export file here ...
4 - Copy the two files (.bin & .SVG) that you found in the downloaded folder JUPITER80-AnalogSynthCollection / Sound in the folder Roland / Sound on the USB key ...
5 - eject the USB key and put it on the JP-80, then go to Menu / Import and you should see all Tones, Layers & Registrations of the new soundbank from Bernd KIstenmacher...

I had to overwrite some tones. With just the factory 2.0 presets, a handfull of own patches and this soundset -> memory already exhausted. Good bye Techno lead tones ;)

Will these work on the Jupiter 50? Or are they 80 only?

I would say not as many of the sounds use four layers and have 4 keyboard splits.

Another message said that the sound set includes new Tones, Live Sets, and Registrations. I would not expect the registrations to work on a 50. But is there a way for a 50-owner to load just the tones and live sets that are in this sound bank? Or must they be loaded into the Jupiter in the form of Registrations?

Is this the same as the legacy collection or is this different?

This is different - this soundset is not the Synth Legends Collection.
