Congrats!! Yes, prepare to be bedazzled by the JP-80 :-) I have my JP-80 hooked to my OASYS, receiving Karma through midi (just as RonF describes re matching the midi channels - ie OASYS on Ch1 and JP-80 on Ch1).

The results are fantastic! - but not just limited to that; the whole OASYS and JP-80 soundworlds compliment each other beautifully :-))

I certainly can do that, was there something in particular you had in mind?
Nothing specific no...just a few screens of each, will do . Thanks

Actually, need a "3 tier" stand....don't forget to put the V-Synth GT on top for the Vocoder! That is what I am working on now. I have the Kronos 88 on the bottom, V-Synth GT on top and still need to get the Jupiter-80. Right now, my Korg Triton Extreme is filling that void. Triton will be gone when the Jupiter 80 comes!

Hi Juneau,

Congrats, looks like a nice combo you have there.
I'm hoping you can answer a question for me...
One of my friends was criticing me today saying how I wasted my money on the Jupiter 80 because in his words ' my Oasys 88' will do everything and more than the Jupiter.

What are your thoughts on this, and this question is open to anyone.

Ideally, my perfect live gig rig would be Oasys 88, Jupiter 80 and Moog Voyager, now if only a stand exits that would hold all 3 of them comfortably.

So curious- did you purchase them in Alaska or did you go to BC and get them since you are so close (although the taxes would suck). You are definately ready for the long dark days of winter now.
