Gr-33 problem

Hey you all. I've got a gr-33 and a gk -3. I've got it hooked up to my fender and my line 6 amp. Its been working great but recently what's happening is I can't access my guitar sound when the gk-3 switch is on guitar. All I hear is the gr-33 keys sound. Plus the volume is stuck on one setting. I got this surprise when I was playing at a gig unfortunately. Has anybody had this problem?

The GK-3 is a fairly flimsy piece of kit, I've had one just stop working entirely. A first check would be the lead that connects the guitar pickup output into the GK-3, maybe try swapping it for a patch lead and 3.5mm adapter and see if that fixes things. If it still doesn't work then it's possible the socket has worked loose and separated from the PCB, that's a fiddly repair but quite possible if you're handy with a soldering iron.

This was my permanent solution though ... a Fender GC-5 Roland Ready Stratocaster!
