Fantom X or Fantom XR

Can anyone tell me which technical differences are between Fantom X and Fantom XR?

XR stands for the rack module ... of FantomX series( minus audio recording capabilities(including realtime sampling) and keys.)

The Xr has 6 expansion Slots. The X has 2

Correction, the XR has 6 the X has 4 and the Xa has 2.

I know, but someone has told me that in the Xr there isn't the sequencer and the 8 stareo tracks. Is it true?

Yes it's true.
It's just a sound module with a sampler. So no sequencer, no drum pads, no integrated sampling, no 8 stereo tracks, no black and white keys.
