Multi setup issue

Want to start off saying this forum is great...so much knowledge.

Having another issue. Taking all the suggestions I have gotten from here (and worked) I set my Performance bank get it sounding like I want it, get my splits set correctly..save the Performance and as soon as I do, my Keyboard split points change and my octave on my patches change .

Not sure why when I save the performance it is not saving the patch octaves and split points. ...looking for some help
