I have completed a song and would like to transfer the tracks separately to my computer and than mix it down. How do I set up the fantom S to do that?

You will need to resample each track into a separate file. Follow the instructions in the FAQ (http://fantomized.info/docs/faq/FantomS ... Q.html#5.2) for each track.

is that the only way to do it? I'm actually going to someones studio to do it. They have pro tools. I don't want to send it as one track, cause then they won't be able to manipulate each track.

You can also record track-by-track into protools. But there is no way to separate the tracks in realtime.

what if i'm just using a program like cubase or cakewalk. Do i sample each track at a time and transfer the data?

u can assign a track to an audio output and have that audio output go into a audio in of the interface of protools, and just record like 4 at a time

go in to menu/system/sync set the mtc or midi option from master to slave-midi or slave-mtc. make sure you have some midi cables.

load the song, sync to protools, solo or assignment each track to one of the four outputs on the fantom, go to the next track(s) and do the same until all have been dumped.

sorry to be brief, but i just wanted to get to the point

the same goes just in reverse, and exclude the audio part
