I did a quick search and was unable to find anything on this very basic question. It's probably been answered in some way, shape, or form before, but I just wasn't sure what to enter in for the search criteria.
I create quite a few click tracks via the Fantom X8 (and Fantom S) sequencer that I use with the band I play with. Not only is it great for our drummer, but it also allows me to add in other 'hits'/pads here and there that will layer & fill out the sound a bit more. My question is this: Is there a way to create a click track/sequence that will automatically change the channel patch at a point(s) throughout the song? For example, let's say I'm actually playing a piano patch on Channel 7 of the Mixer (along with the click track/sequence), and on the downbeat of measure 32 I'd like the patch to automatically change to a "Hard Lead" patch. Is this possible? If not, what's a possible work-around?
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
Thanks!!

Re: Click Tracks & Changing Patches
Yes, it's possible, unfortunately I'm at work right now and forget the exact procedure, but you can edit the track info in the sequence (insert an event) and put program change info in, in each track seperately if needed.

Re: Click Tracks & Changing Patches
Add a program change event in the sequence at that point (or the very end of the previous measure). That's what I normally do.
You can record the program change and then go into micro edit to place it exactly where you want it.
