Using Preset Rhythm patterns in Sequencer

Post by gilbkat »

Hi. I have just purchased a 2nd hand Fantom X7 - love the sounds. Just wondering if someone can help me re: how does one import one of the 256 preset rhythm patterns/or one's own created rhythms into track 10 to use in a song. Can't seem to find it in the manual how to do this? It just states how one can use the pads and use it a drum machine but it not really really clear how one can import the rhythm pattern into a track as a eg 4/4 bar and then copy/loop it
Your help would be much appreciated!!
Cheers gilbkat

1) go to the mixer screen
2) Select your rythm patterns (SHIFT + RYTHM) -> exit
3) Make sure the RYTHm knob is still lid
4) Rec -> select track 10
-> Count in (wait note)
-> Set your loop points
5) and hit the PAD

you migt want to consider replace iso mix for rec mode
