Peavey 1600x + Fantom X6-interesting setups

Wow. I just connected my Peavey 1600x fader box to my x6 and this is lovely. I now have 16 faders and 16 buttons I can configure that %&%7 out of...assuming i can find my manual:)

The first preset is for volume and mutes. I loaded up a song i have been working on and it is so much nicer mixing this way as opposed to punching around the mixer screen.

Beyond that i can assign about anything to the faders and buttons....it just a matter of experimentation at this point.

the point of all this is to gloat about FINALLY putting my 1600 to use and to ask if anyone has a similar unit and how they are putting it to use.

So far i am just using this in the most obvious way but i am sure people out there have more creative real time control setups (even if not using the 1600).
