Some Notes Won't Stop

So I'm getting up and running connecting the Fantom X8 to Logic 8. I've loaded up Nathan Sheldon's Logic Environment (thanks buddy!) and things are working well except for one big problem: When I press certain keys, the note continues to sound unless I switch patches. It will only happen on a couple at a time. Are there any setting in the Fantom or Logic that I might be missing that are causing this to happen?
