Fantom X6 = Output 1, bleeding into Output 2 (NEED HELP)
Posted: 06:34, 3 September 2008
First of all I am running OS version 1.00.
Ok I have my Mpc-1000 hooked up to my Fantom via Midi, I'm using the Mpc as a sequencer and the Fantom as my sound module.
After I have my sequence built I dump it into Pro Tools. I have an audio cable coming out of my Fantom into Pro Tools, and Midi cables coming out of my Mpc into Pro Toos for MIDI Synch.
My Pro Tools interface is Digi 002 Rack.
I just solo each track on my Mpc-1000 and rinse and repeat for the whole song, as you may know this shit is time consuming.
So I know the Fantom has 4 Analog outs but only two of them are balanced.
So I figured that I could at LEAST track two tracks at a time, problem is that the tracks are bleeding into each other very faintly.
I went to my mixer and assigned track 1 to output 1, and track 2 to output 2. I have two audio cables coming out of my fantom now.
So even with my outputs separated and my other tracks on the Fantom muted Output 1 and 2 are bleeding into each other.
Need some help, please
