If you want to control/trigger Fantom sounds with the mpc....
or
If you want to trigger/control MPC samples using the Fantom...

There are different set ups....

I wanna use the mpc as the master (sequencer) midi to the x6.

Midi "Out" From MPC to Midi "in" on Fantom
Set MPC to transmit midi on a certain Channel
Set Fantom to receive midi on the SAME channel
Set Fantom to receine SYNC in either "Slave or Remote"
Set MPC midi sync to MASTER....

I (assume) you have the AUDIO outputs of BOTH devices running through some kind of mixer....

that should get ya going....
