G'Day Disco

I'm not really familiar with the fantom-s but may be able to help none the less

The firepod has MIDI in & out (on the rear I think) which would need to be connected to the corresponding ports on your Fantom

MIDI In -> MIDI Out
MIDI Out -> MIDI In

In Cubase make sure you've selected the Firepod as your MIDI device
I think that's somewhere in Device Properties (or something like that) - around the same area where you've probably already selected the firepod as your Audio Device

I haven't used Cubase for MIDI applications much but you'll probably also need to create or "add" a midi track to your project aswell

SPISHAK seems to be very cluey with Midi applications, perhaps you could try and get his attention too

Good luck & all the best
