FX6 PRO TOOLS MIDI NO SIGNAL HELP PLEASE!!?

I just purchased the Mbox2 pro, using Pro tools 7 and i cannot get a midi signal into pro tools for the life of me!! I have my Fantom x6 connected via USB, When i open Reason i am able to use my fantom as a controller with no problem, but when i try to use the fantom to record midi notes in pro tools, NO MIDI signal comes through. ANY help would be GREATLY appreciated.
