Fantom XR - System Update Question

Hi, I have an XR with Version 1.00 software.
How can I update to the latest system version? (v2.01?)

Download it from Roland's website

You need to buy sample tool expansion pack from Roland..
It has version 2 O.S. You can not download version 2 from the web. You can download only updates for version 2.
You can still donwload version 1 updates though.

there looked to be something funny about the v2.

Oh well, damn.. more expense.

Would I be right in saying that you need a memory card installed also in order to do the upgrade? Its not quite clear.

Last time I spoke to Roland UK they still had some in stock but that was about a month and a bit ago. Try giving them a ring direct they might be able to sort you out.
