Taking an English Roland Fantom X8 to the USA?

Hi everyone

i have applied to several bands in the USA
im looking to move out there to be with my daughter more than once a year!
she lives in Ormond Beach (Daytona Beach) in Florida

i have my Fantom and my Motif ES7 that i want to take with me..

obviously both keyboards are english and run at 240 volts

can i use them in the USA ?
i would simply need a standard kettle type power lead with USA plug on the end?
i wasnt sure if both keyboards would work? or had automatic transformers inside?

any advice would be great

or, do i have to sell both of them and then buy again in the USA?

Wayne, I know that you are good to go with the X8. It has an adjusting supply. Not sure about the Motif. . .

The motif is fine, too.

I think it would be cool if you could try and take it on board a plane as hand luggage.

An x8 as hand luggage. Especially now they don't want you bringing anything on board.
