Lost STORED SONGS

Somehow all my work (stored songs) have been lost on my fantom X. I hooked it up to the P.C via USB and I was connecting to the flash card installed. I was simply trying to transfer a WAV file over and got a "Disk Full" error.

I then went back to my board and tried to pull up a song and they all were gone! Prior to plugging up the USB connection, I accidently saved a song using the "Save Song & Samples" feature. The process took about 10 minutes to save. I was unable to cancel it.

Can someone please tell me if my data is gone? Is their somewhere to restore back to a certain date? I have alot of my clients work in this machine! I

NOTE: Also, is there away to backup data in the fantom to pc?
