Fantom - X Editor/Librarian

Everytime I try to use these two ,I get a "It appears that the fantom-X is unconnected or connected incorrectly. Please check the connections" message.

I have checked my connections and they seem fine to me. What I my overlooking here. Any help is TRULY appreciated. Thanxx

Make sure your Fantom is in USB Midi mode, powered on and connected and defined to Librarian/Editor as a device.

Make sure you have downloaded Librarian software 2.0 if you have 2.0 on the keyboard.

I had the same trouble and spent days trying to solve this one.

Once I downloaded 2.0 software for computer and installed it worked straight away!!!!!!!

Happy to report that your suggestions work. I finally was able to get the editor to work. I rechecked to make sure that I had performed both your suggestions and voila!

Am trully enjoying this Fantom X feature. Trully amazing. Thanxx once again.
