Re: CLICKTRACK 4 DRUMMER
What I do is record a click track on track 16, quantize it 100% and in the effects window i rout this track to ouput 4. Connect a cable from ouput 4 to a mixer or headphone amp and headphones to the drummer.

Re: CLICKTRACK 4 DRUMMER
Nick, I just got my Xa not too long ago so I'm also figuring things out as I go.
I don't know completely what to do, but maybe this little bit can help:
You asked how to output the track. Well, first off, when you playback a song, the keyboard goes into Performance mode. One of those 'parts' in performance mode is the sound you used to make the click track from. Let's say the click track is using the sound in Part 7.
Go to EFFECTS, which should land you right on the little routing diagram. Looks confusing, but what you need to do is simple.
1) The upper left box says "Part 1". you can change this to whatever part your click track is, for example Part 7.
2) Move the cursor down to the Output box right below the Part box. Then select "B" if you want the click tracks to come out in stereo from your Fantom's "Output B" in the back. Or select "4" if you jsut want a mono out from output 4 (also known as Output B's Right).
Hope that helps.

Another simpler option:
You can make it so the Fantom always plays the built-in metronome sound.
Just press the MENU button, then select System.
Select SEQ/TEMPO.
Now you should see the metronome mode set to REC ONLY.
Change this to PLAY-ONLY or to ALWAYS.
While you're in that menu, you can also change the volume level of the metronome tick sound, or even the type of metronome sound.
With this method, however, the drummer will hear both the song and the metronome in his headphones.

Re: CLICKTRACK 4 DRUMMER
How to route the metronome sound to output 4 for example?
