Does Fantom Have Vsti Interface?
i mean if i connect it from cubase does it have somethink like vst ?
can i control sound tweaks from cubase ..
i mean play the sound from cubase and change parameters live..filters release live?

No, there is no such thing. However, you can record ANY knob tweaks and onscreen parameter changes into Cubase.

so there is somethink from the fantom itself that alows me to hear the sound and tweak it when it plays....

Any parameter tweaks, like those you do with the knobs in screen-context assignments (the four knobs change different parameters depending on the edit mode/screen you are in), can be transmitted as SysEx messages. In MENU -> System -> MIDI you can set "TX Edit Data" to ON - this will activate transmission of any and all parameter changes.
