Pitch range incorrect, but settings are right

Hi all!

I'm owner of Fantom S about 1 month. As a whole all is pleasant to me, but has some trouble about sampling. I assign my own samples in WT section (preliminary importing at smart media card of course) and pitch, when i'm play on keyboard, does not correspond to the appointed parameters at PC's Wavelab: "root key" and "key range". Below a root key pitch is normal and slow down, but at the higher key's at a "root key" pitch is the same as a root key! Not good and uncontrol. Key range at TMT section are right. I'm use additional looped waveforms for sound design needs and don't understand how i may use own sampled waveforms at same way as a internal ROM' waves.

Any advice?

This can happen if your root key is set below 2 octaves of the key you play. The Fantom's sound engine cannot play a wave above 2 octaves of it's original pitch.
