usualy this a short due to cross contact due to moisture
the only suggestion i have is leave it in a warm area for a couple of hours and let it try out...
if its only water you maybe safe, but if its coffee or similar your in trouble and it will need to be opened and contacts cleaned on and under the membrain.
I would probably also leave it stading up right with the keys facing toward the floor and the back facing up, this way it may allow some of the exces to drain down and not just lodge.
depending on how much water id leave it for some time before using it again.
as using it with moisture will probably short perminantly
you could try expiditing it by using a hair dryer.

Also keep in mind that alcohol displaces water and evaporates at a lower temperature as well. So you might use alcohol to displace the moisture then evaporate the alcohol. Plus alcohol will help to clean contact points. Do get carried away with the alcohol and a higher percentage of alcohol ie... 90% will work better than say 70% alcohol... JMIO
