i see no reason why you could not do this.
since the guitar is a pick-up just like a microphone
you would then simply select MICROPHONE as your source
to ensure gain for the input was sufficient to pickup the guitar.

I know many people that have done this many times. Just plug it in, route to MFX, set MFX to Guitar Amp Simulator, and let there be rock! ;-)

Is it can burn out machine to I'm afraid, perhaps my worry is surplus, oh!

It won't burn it out, it's just a low level output from a passive magnetic transducer. Experiment with output and input levels, add the effects as Artemio says..........the results are excellent.

If you plug in your guitar without going through an amplifier or DI box, you will have no problem. Your sound level might be too low. If you need to boost the signal, trying running it in from your amplifier's LINE OUT or from a DI box.

Otherwise, I've done exactly what you are talking about many times.

Oh, have understood. That if guitar of me is electric case guitar (install 9V battery inside), insert at FX directly, be harmful to machine?

Inserting your guitar (with 9V battery) will not hurt the FX. You will be fine.
