Play FantomX through different Dig. Piano?

Hi everyone!

My name is Bart and I'm new to this site.
One of the reasons I bought a FX7 instead of a FX8 is that I already have a device with a weighted piano clavier.
What I want is this: play piano on pianokeys, play other instruments on keyboard keys (hammond, brass etc.)
My question is:
Can I play Fantom's piano sounds by linking it (MIDI) to my Yamaha digital piano (CVP-96)?
