notes on my Fantom X8 are loader then others

Hello to all..
im having a hard time with the keyboard on my fantom x8..
when im playing some note are louder then the other on my keyboard....i ran internal test from roland ...and my keyboard comes up with errors ...what can i do to fix this ...

it got error when i ran test 18 ...the keyboard test ..it is 4 or 5 notes that are louder then all the other ones..

If they are always the same notes, it would seem that the velocity sensing for those keys is broken. Do they always seem to be maximum loudness for any patch you select?

hi there ....yes on all of the sounds they are all the same ...

Doesn't sound good, but if the board was working and this is a sudden occurrence, you should do a factory reset just to see if it might be a software thing. I'm sure you read the other thread on this page with a single loud key and one response about it being due to dust. I don't understand how dust could produce this symptom, but it would also be worth a try.
