Card Area Full???

[Natural Essence]

I was resampling a bunch of sounds and then went to go save the samples onto my compact flash. When a pop up on my Fantom X6 said "card area already full" and therefore didn't allow me to save my samples. However, I had tons of room on my compact flash. Why did it do this? And is there a way around this?
