How to create dynamic accents on the ride cymbal
I have two questions, first how would I re-create the accent I've attached using the Fantom X, and what is the musical notation for the particular accent. In other words, whats the best way to approach creating this sound(I've tried messing with velocity). It seems as though the ride doesn't switch from the outside of the cymbal to the bell until you increase the velocity above 123, thus leaving you with 124-127. Not much room to play if you ask me. And secondly whats the timing? Are they 16th or 32nd notes? Are the Triplets or dotted?

Have you tried using the bell sample in the drum kit. Not sure which kit you are using but if i am not mistaken the bell is usually assigned to F key. So just switch between the two keys.

I'm using Studio kit 1. Are you talking about the highest F key on the keyboard? I'll assume you are because it is a bell sample. I will try working with that, it sounds good. Anyone got the timing on that? If I need to load a bigger portion of the song just let me know. Its confusing to me
