Would it be cheaper to purchase a second-hand PC from the PC133 SDRAMM era with 1gb DIMM? The issue would be ensuring the correct RAM is included.

SINCE you guys are all talking about your new found discovery about being able to upgrade 5 yr old gear because it was underspec'd, do YOU think I could upgrade my XV5080 to 256MB based on the same principle? (128MB is the supposed Max).
