Bending Logo

Post by Xcited »

Is it possible to edit the Bending Logo patch (User 256) so it resolves to whatever note you would like? Default resolves to C4. I went in the patch edit mode but couldn't make it change. Thanks for any help.

There's probably an easier way of doing this but if you go to patch edit and scroll to PITCH if you change the tone coarse tune for each tone in the patch you should be able to get it so that the patch resolves at different notes (if doing this note that one of the tones in this patch has a random pitch rate of 5 so you might want to bring that to 0 first). As I said hopefully there's a more straightforward way of doing it than that.

I was trying to change this patch as well, but I couldn't find a single parameter that was forcing it to always start & end on the same pitch. Not keyfollow or anything. If you work it out, Xcited, let us know :o)

Pitch Key Follow on the pitch page 4th from top (according to the manual on page 67!). But, not being in front of the board I can't tell you more than that. It can be set for each part (so there's 4 settings) and it has a mini graph at the bottom. The most usual setting is +100. If it's set to 0 then the pitch is constant.

Thanks Hangman-that did the trick! Changing all four parts in the Tone Coarse Tune was the key.
