Accordion Patches

Post by luislobo »

Hi!

2 Questions:

#1
I need more accordion patches than the ones in the fantom-x 8, i searched for a SRX board which delivers this kind of instruments but found none.

Is there any library/patch (even if it is commercial) with a larger variety of accordion patches, or do I have to make them myself?

#2
What is the best program to use for sequencing / midi editing with the fantom-x, regarding compatibility (for instance, patch names coherence)?

Thanks in advance,
Musically,
Luis Lobo

I believe the world music SRX-09 has accordion patches. I counted 7, starting with #239. Only #239 can be played using the demo sw at www.rolandus.com.

That's all I know.

A squeezebox is a generic name for instruments that are hand operated, bellows driven, box shaped instruments.

i.e. concertina, accordion, and hybrids
