Fantom X patch mode problems

When I am in patch mode, i hear both the piano and the drums at the same time both from the keys and the pads. Any suggestions? Do i need to factory reset it??

If you leave the cursur on pad part it will sound...

It sounds like you may have 2 sounds set to the same midi channel.

How do i separate the midi channels then??
