Patch Tranferring

Is there a way to extract a Fantom X piano patch and put it into another keyboard, like a fantom S? I want to downgrade to an S88 from an X-8, but I love the piano patches on my X. I don't want to get the XR just for the purpose of the pianos... I'd be better off keeping the X-8. I considered the SRX11, but I do not really like the patches as much. I like the jazziness in my X.
