Disco Beat

Hi Fellas.
Just joined a band that will be doing disco with NO drummer. I have an X7. I'm very new to creating beats and rhythms. If someone has the time, can you get me started on creating a good basic disco beat that I can transfer using midi. I also have the SRX 06 and 07 card of that helps.

disco beat is (B)bassdrm (S) snare (basic)
(H) 16 hi hats
a couple of (C)onga/(C)owbels

HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
