fantom keyboard or rack?

I have 4 other racks and 2 controllers. is there any must have features in the keyboard that is not in the rack. will i be missing out on anything if i get a rack?

audio tracks, dynamic pads, gui+interface controllers, dbeam, seqencer. But the XR has two more SRX slots for a total of six rahter than four for the keyboard.

Also, if your not deadset on the keyboard or sequencing on the color LCD, you can edit the sounds on the PC which is why I chose the rack. I like the extra expansions and the space I save.
