Big problem Whit upgrade

Hello everyone, I have a problem, I have the fantom,from 3 months, but I realized that the software version is only 1.03.
and I want to upgrade to 1.31, but before I read that I must update to 1.20.
now I don't have files to update to 1.20 more, and I can not find them, however I never managed to update the keyboard, I think i've done the right steps, I formatted the pen, I put the files and I connected it to the keyboard off; I turned on but nothing.
Some of you could explain exactly what I have to do?? And maybe someone can give me the files to update to 1.20??

Hi Allessio91!
You can find this update on the Roland UK FTP, just go to http://www.rolandclan.com and click on "Roland UK opens huge FTP server archive » 3 March 2010". This will redirect you to a server, enter as guest and go to the fantom g file and open it, inside you will have all the updates, download the "fantom_g_v120.zip" file, you also have the 1.20 manual and readme files.

Why do you need to upgrade to 1.2 first?

The only time I ever remember someone recomending this was because someone had lost all their connect projects which ended up being a hardware problem and the machine being replaced.

Get the 1.31 update. Put the contents of the zip file onto the root of the usb stick and switch the G on with the stick in.

The instructions are in the pdf file.

You don't need to install the intermediate updates, just go for the latest 1.31 and that's it.

i try amd try,but it doesn't work!!!
Why????I put all the update file onto the formatted usb pen,then i put it into the fantom off,and i turn it on.......but the keyboard doesn't upgrade...why???
