ARX03 in Live Mode? Doits and Falls?

Thinking of buying ARX03 for my FG8. Before I do, I need to know whether you can use the D Beam and S1 switches for "Doits" and "falls" in Live mode (together with other sounds).
The reason I ask is: when using (say) an Organ sound together with Piano/Pads etc on a Live preset you have to have the Organ assigned to Part 1 in order to switch the Leslie Tremolo/Chorale with S1.
(To be more correct, you have to the Organ part highlighted for the switch to work - but when calling a new Live patch the FG defaults to "Part 1" selected)
Can I assume the same will apply to the ARX card? i.e For the D Beam and S1 switch to work you will need to have the ARX part highlighted and for that to work straight away when calling a patch the ArX needs to be assigned to Part 1?

I have no idea about ARX03, but when I need a certain part selected in a Live Set, I save it to "Favourites" with that part selected.
When I then recall that Live Set, the part is selected by default.

Useful tip - I hadn't twigged that setting was remembered in Favourites.

Still no answered the ARX3 question tho'....
Anyone bought an ARX3?

i use the sustain pedal for falls and also use external sequencer so not sure.

mmmm I'll see if that will work once I get to my G and for the second time, change out the ARX 02 to ARX 03. right now @ work.
