PDF files in the Fantom

One of the more interesting features of the Fantom series I think is the ability to load text files for session notes etc. I was thinking, in a future o.s. why not expand that ability to loading PDF files? I think it could prove very useful, maybe even expanding beyond just the favorites text file and allowing PDF's to be associated with individual patches etc.
For those who use sheet music, the music could be available right on the screen. The product manual would be available right in the machine, as well as notes for live sets, traveling itineraries, contracts etc. A more exotic use for me, as a musician playing in churches, I could even load a bible in if I wanted. What do others think?

Well, as workstations become more like computers, maybe this will happen. Otherwise, I think it should not be of any priority to Roland engineers

I think the G already has ability to show some kind of rudimentary HTML like in System>Info>Features
Harnessing that for the user could be useful for some users. I don't need it and I don't think it should be top priority either.

I'm playing in a progressive metal band and our songs are getting quite complex!
For me it would be great to import and load PDFs (for ex. containing the song progress) by using for ex. the pads!
I mean the G has got a high quality display, why not use it as a "music pad" (like the one Rudess uses, I think it's made by Freehand systems)...
I think if this option was added the G is THE complete LIVE-Workstation!

The G display is capable to show a little less than half of a pdf page at a time in well readable form.
You would need a footswitch to be able to scroll through the material. If that would be implemented in the controller structure, it really might work in a useful way and allow lead sheet use and even classical treble/bass clef keyboard scores, or your own notes for pieces.
To be able to use pdfs that way would be great, but even being able to use jpgs would be nice.

I'd rather that Roland designers don't start wasting their time by adding these kinds of stuff. The Fantom-G lacks quite a few things, so the designers' work shouldn't be disorientated. Besides, I think that when designing a workstation, one should have other priorities than to enable PDF file compatibility and things like that. Let's not forget that we're talking about a music workstation, not a computer. Yes, the Fantom-G is indeed a computer, but it'sessentially a music computer. I think that in most cases, .txt readout would be just fine.
