I don't know if any of you guys have seen this. Although it's in french, it provides a good example for sounds, audio recording and ARX-01 board. Hope you like it!

What's happening at approx 20:00? The guitar sound is suddenly very stereo. Can someone explain what he did there?
I never studied French but I can pick up about 25% of what he is saying, but that part completely passes my understanding.

he added chorus to double the sound and it is a different sound than the previous one it sounds like to me.

hey... a very nice video... and high quality audio... does justice to G7..... great player also..
I think he dialed in some COSM effect.... or a patch using the COSM effect....

One of the best Fantom G demos I have seen so far.
Nice...
I would like to know if the Wurly he used was one of the preset Wurlys (if so I haven't recognized it) or rather a tweaked patch with adjusted parameters and velocity layers.

He used the double amplifier simulation (2 amps put face to face) present in ARX2.

Just curious: how do you know?
Preset patch from ARX 02?
And what sense could it make to put two amps face to face or simulate that?

I know cause I speak french.
I don't have ARX cards so i cannot tell you precisely. but he says: "Let's take a basic guitar sound with no effect (strat type). Then we add an amplifier, define the mic position. Then to give some colour we add some delay + reverb. And then to give some depth, we emulate 2 mics + 2 amplifiers put face to face."
Don't know how he does it practically..

Ah, you mean the guitar sound and not the Wurly sound I referred to. Your answer looked like a response to my Wurly question (which is still unanswered).
As for the guitar, yes, my French was sufficient for that part as well, though my German is better...

Unfortunately, he doesn't say anything about this Wurly patch.

Ah! ..Well basically you could take two identical (or almost) patches and just put a different amp simulation on the second one and you'd get this pseudo-stereo thing going. Tweaking the pan and mic positioning gives you nice differing results. What's going on is phase cancellations/additions, but without the modulation like in a basic phaser.
I do that every day on guitar with two amps (or amp simulations), but never thought of doing it on the Fantom G.
I think he was in studio mode and the pads were in 'part mute' mode and what he did there at approx. 20:00 was to enable the second part/patch.
Great!
