Roland G - When is it shipping?

I pre-ordered around april, 25 -Havn't heard a peep from my dealer.

Given the US economy, any second shipment of G's might very well reflect the weakness of our dollar with a higher price.

Given the weak US-dollar, Roland should send second and third shipment to Europe first. They'll make more money over here

Then at least we'll get something for the higher price we pay.

Message from BPM Music today:

"We received confirmation that our Fantom G6, G7 and G8 keyboards left
their warehouse yesterday. They are coming to us by truck freight. We
should have them by Friday of this week."

That's good to hear. They [BPM] are in Colorado.
The Gs seem to be moving west to east.

Sounds like a matter of days now.

Hi Everyone!!!!!

Mine pre-ordered G6 arrived yesterday from Bonners. I was quite surprised as I wasnt expecting it until after May 1st. Just got to find time to re-learn from the X6.

That screen is amazing btw!!!!!!!

Guitar Center Phoenix Says they will have one on display today by about 12:00 Arizona time.
I don't know which 61, 76 or 88, however.

I'll report what I find there after work today.

Mine should be at my house about Tuesday or Wedesday next week from internet order. :-'(

RMC Audio just told me they received their Fantom Gs shipment 20 minutes ago. They are preparing my G7 right now. Well, I am paying $2500 and it ships free so I can't complain. I guess I will get it early next week.

I just placed an order for a G6 yesterday, and even though the staus where I ordered showed it as out of stock (and still does) and I wasnt expecting to see one for a week or two, I just received confirmation that mine has shipped !! Nice surprise.

Wonder if any of these places would take a Canadian customer...? I'll have to look at their policies, but does anyone have any suggestions?

sorry...they cannot not sell US Roland products to other countries...
But if you have a friend in the US, that could work if it shipped to your friend in the US.
