Music production again

johnc, I have the intention to buy a condenser microphone. I have a little penchant for the Blue bluebird.

exist, I know the capabilities of the Fantom G. My concern is about recording audio (vocals) with it and the mastering. I’m asking whether I need a daw and software for mastering or not.

If my choice falls for the Fantom G only, I have to master all its EQing and mastering processes. You know, once the song is sampled in 44.1khz /16bit, It could not be processed for a second mastering unless I up sample it for a higher rate, which is not recommended.
It would be appreciated for the next updates if Roland will gives us the choice for the sample rate. But I think it’s impossible due to the sound card.
