Roland fantom g6 Keys not working

HI everyone

I have issue with roland fantom g6 when I start the keyboard that time I can play higher octave keys and then stop the working on the board 28 keys. from G♯3 to B4 there are 13 keys are not playing after once hit the keys ..but same time I can play last octave .. I have change the board as well still same issue on the board.
Is anybody have a clue to solve it problem please help me here thank you ...
