Strange Problem

Hey im just new to the fantom-g and i used to have a juno-di
any ways . i got a problem which need to be solved .
the thing is when im playing normally and happelly in the field of the sounds like birds
So Suddenly . A STRONG STRANGE DISTORTION NOISE .
so i lowered the volume till the noise disappeared (i didnt turn it off)
So did any one faced problem like that or
is that a matter of the softwere . or is it something with the hard were ???

Were you playing a Live Set or a Patch? Some sounds may layer different tones, some of them responding to the velocity, the keyboard area beying played, etc. Make sure that you mute everything you need except the sound you want to hear. If the noise still persists, you should contact a local Roland Service Center.

so if i sent it to the mother company "roland" will they fix it ? because u see i bought it used :(

Just ask them. I think its a "construction probem" since it happend to many useres. Such should be idependent of warranty. Maybe similar to Toyotas pedal problem. I just would contact your local Roland dealer.
