export as wav?

I usually track all my melodies separately into logic but i dont have the means right now..How do i export a song as a wav file to put onto a cd?

What I do is:

1) use Sampling / Re-sampling feature to "playback" the recorded song...thus sampling the song onto a new SAMPLE.
2) then tweak the SAMPLE for fade out if required (using the AMP utility), TRUNCATE (another utility
3) NORMALISE the sample (yep - another utility in the same menu))... then save the SAMPLE onto a USB-based project.
4) Switch off FG, take out USB... and use your PC to copy the WAV file from the SMPL directory in the project on the USB drive... to your PC.
